I just had a long conversation from a licensed nutritionist and she said I need to add two cups of raw vegetables from my diet. I am glad she never gave me the usual short cut "Go meat free" or "Have a balanced diet". What exactly is a balanced diet? I have no idea how I can eat such a large amount of grains just to fit in the category. It's best if we just juice vegetable so we can eat the required quantity our body needs in one day. I am glad you shared your list here.
